First off, welcome to TMS and congratulations on the purchase.

According to the Ford website the GT California Special includes:

1. Black w/Dove or Black w/Parchment Interior Environments
2. Bright Rolled Exhaust Tips
3. Black Leather Seats with Unique Cal Special Dove or Parchment "GT Leather" inserts
4. Cal Special Badged Floormats
5. Unique Front & Rear Fascia
6. 18" Polished Aluminum Wheels
7. Side Scoops
8. Unique Tape Stripes

The hood scoop and engine cover are part of the optional GT Appearance Package. I believe the rear wing is the same as all the GTs, only the rear fascia is different. The clearance is 1.5" lower but not the ride height, due to the front fascia being lower. Lastly, I have never heard that the intake is larger than the standard GT.

Welcome aboard!

+1 on Shatter's observations. The "larger air intake" is actually the result of some confusing descriptions in Ford's literature. The front air dam has a larger air opening than the stock GT, Ford unwisely referred to this as a "larger air intake" leading everyone to believe that there was going to be a CAI installed on the CS. But it has the same intake as the GT.

Also, the unique CS floor mats never happened. They instead are installing the V6 Pony Package mats in the CS's.

It depends on what options you got. I paid $33,397 for mine, which was the X-Plan price. See my signature below for the options I have in the car.

lol

an auto on a gt/cs is a down grade on the complete price of the car nah just joking. people say traffic is heavy or they like doing stuff while driving, whatever the reason is i personally think a gt is ment to be manual. Again im new to the mustang scene but iv had bmw's and audi's both which have been auto's/steptronic which i was very disapointed in. Im very happy with my car now and i would never think of getting a auto on a beatiful car like this
