For a 2007 GT/CS?
I want to increase performance...
Cold air intake, supercharger eventually? Wondering if there's some obvious after-market parts I should consider?
Thanks!

Can you roughly tell me what a Turbo do? Like HP increase, does it affect gas mileage? Stuff like that, thx!

Dumb answer.

Anyway, I'd say some things would be wider tires, cold air, a tune, high flow x pipe along w/ high flow mufflers. A new throttle body perhaps.

Turbos are huge power increaser's but not good for a daily driver (which i assume this is for you). If you must go with forced induction, then I'd go for a twin screw type supercharger. They don't give the most horsepower, but with basic bolt ons along with the supercharger you can get somewhere in the 420 horsepower range.

I really want to put a blower on my car but I want it to stay under warranty

A turbo spins off of your exhaust, so it makes hp without engine drag like a supercharger. However, since it depends on exhaust flow it makes more power the higher the rpm goes. A supercharger spins in direct proportion to engine rpm and compresses the air so it can make more hp at slower engine speeds. It also uses some hp to turn. A turbo then , generally makes more high rpm hp and a supercharger makes more low end hp. For the street I would personally love a s/c on my car but need to wait on some better cash flow. A turbo or s/c will both affect your gas mileage, depending on how you drive. More so in stop and go traffic, on the road they would make little difference if driven conservatively. This is a real basic explanation and a lot of variables could change either set-up. If you're just starting out I would go with the suggestions from G wrecks
