Angry sucks

Doug,

Gosh, i got cold chills when I read your post. You and I signed on and got our cars pretty close to each other, I hate to hear it. Makes me want to leave mine under cover in the garage all the time. Too many d**n maniacs out there who don't give a s**t. Good thing you saw it happen, if it had happened when he parked it, he would've blamed it on somebody else and your insurance would be stuck.

Hope it all works out ok.

Thanks for all the susport. I too was speechless. Dealers repair estimate is $12,000, The Valet's Ins. co. will be out tomorrow to look at it and mine will be out in a few days also. Have my Atty and the dealer also helping. We are going for full replacement, guess with the 08's coming up in May I just might have to wait.

Yes it is/was and auto. Brake, tranney and radiatior all drained themselves.

Here are some photos, looked like a lot more damage last night but guess was clouded with anger and shock.

Sorry to hear that Doug,

That valet wouldn't have walked away from that accident if it was my car. Hell, I might have punched if even if it wasn't my car.

Good luck with getting it replaced!

I hope you get full replacement but It looks like it just needs a front clip (doghouse, old school term) and some Radiator work. It should have stall out when the fluids drained so the engine and tranny I hope are OK. Best of luck dealing with the Insurance Co.

Man, that s terrible, really sucks about the damage to the GT/CS.

Can I offer you the loan of a gun?

Maybe help schedule a drive by on the valet?

Yeah, when I either A) get a car or B) get a body for my 360, I am going to bring some warning signs on my car when I park.

WARNING: OWNER IS ARMED AT ALL TIMES AND NOT AFRAID OF USING IT

Or something to that affect. Sorry to hear about your loss, man. Looked like a nice car... well, it still does from behind, lol.

A really bad break, I'd get it fixed and remember to ask for loss of value to the car. I'd get it repaired, sell it and buy a new one. It will never be the same.

Good luck and go for the lost value with the insurance company, many states allow this practice.

Just my thoughts........

It would be horrible enough for someone to wreck your car, but a vallet, and a Mustang! Jeez, I would have beat his face into the hood.
