Sold my GT/CS!
I just wanted to say bye to you guys. For the first time in 21 years I am with out a mustang. Feels pretty weird! I think I may have been the first one on the site to have a 2008 Candy apple mustang. I bought it in July 2007. I traded it in for a 2008 Jeep Wrangler. I just needed a change. I'm sure in a few years I'll be back again with another mustang though. If you guys are interested, my old performance parts are for sale in the classifieds:

Well then I have to get in my last brag fest on the mustang:
I drove by the dealer that I traded the GT/CS to yesterday. Out of the easy 300+ cars out there on the lot which one do you think they are using as a feature car to draw buyers in? Check out the pic LOL:

Nothing yet. I really like it just the way it is. It is such a blast to drive with the top and doors off. I am going to get a winch system for my garage that you hook up to the hard top and pull it up to the garage ceiling and store it there. It makes the removal a quick 1 man operation.
I also need to get the soft top windows too as they were not included when I bought the Jeep. The guy who owned the jeep before my never even had the top off and the soft top sat unused and down in the back. When I pulled it up it still had all the original packing materials on it. It is absolutely killing me that it didn't come with the windows. I know the original owner just took the box out and through it in his garage or something and there probably sitting there right now. The dealer will not give me the previous owners name. Do you guys have any idea how I might get the previous owners info w/o the dealer???

Sorry to hear you got rid of the 'Stang, but glad to see you picked up another ride with a bit of cult following! Beautiful JK.
And yes, if your rig came from the factory with the dual top option, you should definitely have a set of soft rear windows. I'd go back to the dealer and ask them to buy you a set. You can get a set of tinted ones for <$250 - the dealer should be willing to eat that cost to keep you as a happy customer.
My last Jeep was an '01 Solar Yellow TJ (which I miss dearly) and last week I ordered a 2011 Bright Silver Unlimited Rubicon - should be in from the factory in the next 30 days and I can't wait!
Maybe I'll see you on some of the MidWest Jeep Thing excursions!
