Ordering a GT/CS, how long for delivery on average?

I'm having trouble finding a GT/CS at a dealer in my area with the options I want. If I order one, what has been the average time that folks have experienced waited for theirs to be delivered?

It has been 4 weeks since I put my order in. The dealer still says there is a hold on the wheels, so they have really no idea when it will come in. In case you haven't read other posts, it sounds like the CS's take so long because the 18" bullitt wheels that you have to get are all going to the white Shelby GT cars. Hope this helps.

I order my VB GT/CS 4 weeks ago and my dealer still doesn't have a VIN# to provide for me. If I have to wait 3-4 months I'll back out and wait for the 08's

TinPony2 Strange you should have one by now or very soon it used to be a week to week change first Ford accepts order next week a vin # build date and so on, each & every Dealer gets a weekly updated as to thier order status , I'd ask if you can see the sheet with your name on it , from the sales person, that's what I did.it only then passified me untill I read more posts & seen more pictures then the insatity started again.
