New C/S pricing

I've been looking for a few weeks now to find the car of our dreams, and have decieded the only way to get all the options we want is to order a new car. After emailing our spec to a dealer in Houston ( good for shipping to the UK) they have come back with a price with a $1500.00 discount. What do you think? Is this a good discount off list for a ordered mustang GT/CS?

I would say yes for two reasons.

1) They wouldn't give me a discount for a CS and I am X-plan (you should check into this and get a PIN).
2) The 07 GT's have a 3,000.00 ADM charge on them. So, if you're getting -1500 from MSRP it's prety good. Is it Lonestar ford?

PS- It must be funny seeing a Silverado in the UK. That's a big truck to have over there. When I visit (ed) over there I always looked for American cars but didn't see many.

What do you plan to order?

Awake - wouldn't a $1500.00 discount be in the neighborhood of the X Plan pricing anyway......could be wrong but that's what I thought I had remembered

You should consider ordering from Canada and shipping from Halifax, as the CS I have on order was over $5000 off msrp. This deal was from the "Family Pricing" which expired Sept 1st, but you should still be able to get a good deal. My convertable has ALL options except the 1K shaker, for 38,600 CDN.

Something to check into

One of the local lots had a brand new CS with like $1,000 off the first week it was on the lot.

Call Carl Thompson or Russell Sebree at (352) 376-5371. A better deal is very likely.
