Drove home the new 'baby' yesterday afternoon. It was raining all day, and when the clouds broke, I broke for the dealer. Got to drive it home with the top down.........awesome!

Course, all you vert owners know that already.

First Vert I've ever owned, and I'm a baby boomer.

I had never seen a Black GT/CS before picking the car up. I bought it off the dealer's inventory before they even took delivery from Ford.

The stripes are Black Satin, and they are real suttle.

Plan to take it to the city park, and take pics this Sunday.

Will post, and try to figure out how to make one part of my 'profile'?
Can you tell I'm a newbie at this forum?

Good choice...I love my Black GT/CS Vert....did you get black Vinyl or cloth???
I have a parchemnt top on mine with black/parchment interior!
To me this car looks best in black...love the subtle black fader stripes down the side...only thing is now.....Let the Cleaning begin...fun to keep this car nice and showroom shine!!

 

Top is black cloth. Interior has Dove accent.
I swear forensic folks must love a black car at a crime scene.
Everytime I touch the car, there are finger prints everywhere!
