My baby arrived after what seems an eternity. The good news is that I got the car at invoice because the process was a complete cluster. The bad news, is that I added other things to the car which made the price go back to normal...

Oh Happy Days!! Congrats on your turn! Petty exciting huh? When we drove our GT/CS home on the highway (42-miles), they were playing Bob Segar on the Satellite radio 70's channel and it felt like we were just rolling along in a Mustang power dream!! Excellent!! CooooL!!

And ya I can imagine. I dont even get to drive it until tonight....counting the hours..

You had the dealer install the pins and stripes?

 

Yes/No. I had it added in with the price, but an aftermarket company came to the dealership and did the work. I wanted it to be done by someone who does it frequently.

 

That looks awesome. I love the way the hood pins look.

 

Man, I'm jealous. I'm sold on the stripes. I have the exact car and was wondering about stripes - your car sold me on them. What is a reasonable price to expect?

Thanks..I loved/love it also. I wasnt sure if I wanted the stripes to go over the scoop or just have them raise the scoop and lay them down, but IMO, it looks sweet over the scoop.

I'm going back next monday so they can add the 3m clear tape bra over the front of the car..(will help so the front doesnt chip, not to mention getting a hole or something on the stripe)

As for price. I paid $500 installed
