2008 Bullitt vs. The GT/CS Production!
Okay Mr. Brad: With Ford finally putting out their new press release and all of the wonderful pictures of their new Bullitt Mustang, where does that put the 2008 GT/CS production? We have heard rumors that when the Bullitt's begin to roll off of the line, the GT/CS production ends? Do you or the Forum staff have anything on this, or is it just more smoke, to sell more of the GT/CS's? If this is true CS/Gang, it could make the production run done on the '07-'08 "California Specials" even smaller, causing them maybe to be even rarer yet?
I know, get a life, CS/StangNut.
Also. Was looking at the release pictures of the engine compartment area on the new Bullitt and saw something. Look at the very front of the passenger side front suspension strut body support area. What is that black box/module bolted there and wired to the fuse box. Our Calstang has two threaded holes there, which we have filled with two polished 10MM cad-plated bolts for doing shows. Does anyone else have that black box on an '08 or know just what that thing really is? Maybe a Daytime running lights unit? Thanks, if you find anything on this piece!! "RC"

Thanks Rev: Your picture shows the exactly the unit I was curious about! For HD headlights huh. Thanks Heidi. And thanks to the gang for your very quick feedbacks on this one! Now if we can get someone to give us an informed reply on the remaining '08 GT/CS production schedule. I wonder, that if you really like this model and are thinking of getting a new one, you may want your order placed for it soon?
