Were 18 inch chrome bullitts ever given from the factory on GT/CS or any Mustang for that matter ?
I keep running into craigslist for such. All I`ve searched says chromes from FRPP aftermarket only. He says his came from the factory. I think they`re polished aluminium......................and can`t tell the dif.

 

18 inch chrome bullitts were not ever a factory option, only the polished. The Chrome versions are only from FRPP. Here's my thread, there are some side by side pics that might help you tell them apart if he sends some.

18 inch Chrome Bullitts are available for 09 directly from the factory on standard GT's. However they are not available on a GT/CS from the factory due to the CS package includes the polished automatically. The chromes are $1185 and the polished are $925 for the factory. I have a Vapor GT/CS on order buing built the week of 9/15 but had originally ordered a Black GT w/ the chromes intially. Hope this helps.

 

I`m 99.99% sure he`s got polished aluminium. I did see where sometime back the GT/CS was held up due to shortage of wheels and wondered if chromes were substituted.
