What do you think the odds of the Shelby in Mystichrome are?

Seriously, I don't know...but on a GT500 I don't think it would look too cool.

 

I would say that it should be a unique implementation of it..

Perhaps more of a mystic striping then the whole car.

 

Painted Mystichrome stripes from the factory would be pretty sweet deal.

For those who enjoy attention the MC is a gift from heaven. For those who don't, it is nothing but a hassle.

 

In my 96 mystic I always considered it to be like the Monkey in a cage syndrom. Everyone points stairs and watches.

 

For me it is like going home on vacation... Nice to visit but I wouldn't want to live there...

 

Didn't either Shelby or Saleen just to a photo shoot with one included. Going to be a special edition for them next yr, ie 2009MY.

 

the darker '96 color looked good, but the '04 looked like it was fit for a Rainbow Warrior Miata.

IMO, neither would be fitting for the Shelby

 

I really hope they do not paint a Shelby any form of the moldy grape kool-aid. I REALLY dislike the mystic color scheme. The effect was neat but the execution with the purple and green tints was awful. The colors just do not work. You could not GIVE me one of those cars.

Perhaps if they had used Blue faded to Gold or something....

Saleen did a mystic color and it was alright, but on a Shelby I hope it's never seen.

 

People only stare and watch the monkey in the cage when he starts jerking his ... what exactly were you DOING in your car?!?!

 

On an Old School inspired car, maybe not. Interesting consideration of such though; - with a Mystic Schemed Stripe Option. Too much of a modern thing present on a Classic looking car may be over the top.
