i know that's a couple months old... but keep in mind... Lighter weight won't really affect top speed. It'll improve acceleration, that's for sure. So yeah, you'll be able to get to your top speed faster, and that could mean higher speeds for this track since he was running out of room before he got to top speed. But provided you've got a long enough straight, top speed is a battle between horsepower and drag. And i don't think that car would be quite as cool if they tried to make it more aerodynamic. I like it just the way it is, thank you very much.

This video is much more exciting than that recent one on YouTube with two guys on a track somewhere outside of LA. And oh yeah, HTT was intense and awesome behind the wheel. It must be so gratifying to take something you've built and really push it to its limits.

Somehow though, my little electric snowmobile just isn't quite as exciting...
