I am still getting used to the clutch in my '08 Shelby. I just picked it up a few weeks back. I have definitely gotten better at it, but I feel there is still tons of room for improvement. When I first saw this article, it freaked me out. I haven't seen really of the issues listed on my Shelby, but I am keeping an eye out for it. As soon as it shows any of these signs, I am going to take it in and demand they fix it. Thanks for the heads up!

If you get it fixed ask for a 2010 clutch setup. It supposedly works and is a MUCH nice clutch. No shudder, smooth as can be.

I've actually found that letting the clutch out slowly without throttle will give you a smoother take off. Once the car starts moving, apply a little throttle (or a lot, depending on your mood).
