That looks like a GT500. I believe the GT500 and the GT/CS share the same rear bumper.

 

Yeah it's the same bumper... but the Shelby isn't supposed to be painted, and his is.

Probably will be worth even MORE money now hehe

I'd leave it if it were me... I think it will make the car collectable.

I would leave it. Its a one of a kind.

 

There is black but not the whole bottom section. Look at the red/white car production photos and youll see the whole bottom is supposed to be black. It doesnt match up with the black front splitter and side skirts

 

The real question is, WHO CARES?

 

That Vista blue with white stripes looks awesome.

If I was him, I wouldn't dare touch it. Its a factory defect, that made it through. May be worth more someday.

Personally I would leave it and paint the rockers too, not that the flat black is not nice, but In my opinion the more paint the better. Amazing car though, both of them that guy has WAY to much discretionary income. and no I am not jealous
