GT500 dyno launch . . .
My apologies if this is a re-post, but I didn't see it in a search . . . I came across this while searching for references to the Mexico Mustang in the Pininfarina thread.
They provide no numbers, but I've never seen anyone launch on a dyno like this. It gets through the gears pretty quickly:

Actually, if you notice he revs the engine up pretty high right before he drops the clutch on the dyno and in between shifts thats why you see such serious jolting. I saw a guy in an 80s camaro stock do about same thing, it is more less poor shifting technique.

Hi Terry, there was another thread discussing the new Pininfarina P4/5 that had a pic of a Mustang with a 'Mexico' paintscheme. It looked like it had competed in the La Carrera Panamerica race. Here's the link:
