I'd rather get a nick on a black rocker than grabber orange, heck with all the truck tires left lying about on the busy highways and all , one almost got us but good but decided to fly over us and jump in side a Miata with top down.

 

Could someone sue the state if there were injuries that resulted from something like this? sorry to hijak...
