I heard back today, getting cut $30,448.00, as soon as I sign the title over to the salvage yard. Probably going to pay off the private loan I have now (25k) and put 10% down towards a new one and finance through ford. Boss radiator/oil cooler/Torsen diff and I believe it had a transmission cooler too, no? 3.73s standard instead of optional, plus Brembo Package included. That's all off the top of my head, but the gist of what's included.

good info, thanks for that.

as far as asking for more money, i am working with them to try and squeeze out a little more, but they're not going to be giving me more than original sticker (33k) plus 7% NY sales tax at best. that is still a significant difference, and i definitely have not rolled over and said yes yet. will update when the dust settles...
