woke up to find scratches on my rear bumper

Hi, I have a 2012 mustang with the metallic tint red paint (it's the special paint that was $500 extra msrp, not the race red). So I found these scratches on my rear right bumper this morning. That small light in the bumper seems fine, however, there are 3 or 4 black circles where the paint is completed chipped off, there are also white lines that are scratches. Should I order the touch up paint from my dealer and just paint over everything myself? how would I get rid of the white lines, thanks in advance
Touch up paint works, but to get it perfect again, you'd probably need to repaint it

what do you recommend I do? take my car to a mechanic who does body work and have him repaint the whole bumper? how much will that be.
i thought i ran over a big rock and it hit my bumper. I was driving on the highway, i was accelerating and all of a sudden i heard a loud thud. I don't know if that was what cause the scratches because i didn't look after i got home. It's possible another car scraped me in a parking lot but i mean wouldn't the damage be worse is that was the case?
Not sure if this helps, but I was quoted $260 for repainting front bumper. That was by a shop in a very seedy area... a shop that did work for GAS watned $350.
When we had our '07 GT Vert, took it to Ford and estimate was $362.00 to paint the rear cover, 1 day job. Just pick a good body shop....maybe one recommended by some locals. Pretty easy thing to do really.
