Fordcustomerservice could you help me get some info on my order please i had a delivery date of 5/16 and as of Friday its TBD. Any info would help. If you can help let me know what info you need from me to do so. Thank you very much

Anyone have answer to this question regarding window sticker?
There is a date @ very top and one @ very bottom of the sticker.
One @ top seems to be 5-10 days later then date of one on bottom.
Is bottom one date sticker was assigned & top is build week or actual day car is built?

One at the top is a true build date. The one in the middle at the bottom by the shipping column is some sort of invoice date I believe. That date can change as well if I remember correctly.

How are you guys finding the build date of your car? I have this number of the window sticker. 120120519, with the blend # 8354. Can anyone decode this for the actual build date, or is it that the car will just be built before the 19th of May?

Howdy.. If you try to input your VIN per the instructions on both links on the first page, and you get errors and/or it states VIN not found in the system, does this mean the VIN isn't ready yet? TIA

Yes. It will either say VIN not found or something about a PDF error i believe

No, the sticker is not taken down. I am also as of today not able to see mine or any of my other cars that were showing just yesterday. I'd bet the server is down..
