Actually, the way I understood it, that's not true. The Steeda axlebacks utilize the 2010 "S-Type" mufflers. Borla's S-Type for the 5.0 -- actually, all of their 5.0 systems -- are brand-new.

Anyone who likes drone has a serious brain malfunction, or is a glutton for punishment.

It's like getting punched in the ears with a rusty hammer till they bleed whenever
you drive 95-100km/hr in 5th.

Yes David, but thanks for posting it again (this thread predated your video by about a week). Man, I must've watched this Borla video (nice work, BTW) dozens or hundreds of times by now, and with headphones.

I have a suggestion: since it's very difficult to tell from a video how a particular exhaust will sound in "real life", it would be VERY helpful to have the stock system also demonstrated on your video side-by-side with the Borla setups (like Stainless Works did in their video), in each situation (startup, revving, drive by part throttle, drive by WOT, interior cruise & WOT). Different videos have varying sound quality but if in one video you show the stock sound side-by-side with the aftermarket system it'd be easier to tell in a relative sense how that aftermarket system sounds compared to stock (which is a sound we're familiar with of course).

PS - Don't mess with the frequency equalization as SW did in their video - you can tell they boosted the sound, at least high frequencies, when demonstrating the SW system - you can hear the added noise kick-in just before the SW-equipped car drives by in the video. Odd. Just keep it all the same, for the best comparison. THANKS!
