look carefully and the road around it is also wacky looking. There's a minor distortion in the glass, or maybe a drop of water on it, which is bending the light slightly and making it look odd.

 

Is that a camera mounted in the spoiler of the GT? If so, sweet, I can never figure out how far I am from other cars when backing up.

I think that's an artifact of the way digital cameras work. Instead of taking an entire picture at once, like a regular camera, the picture is scanned from one corner to the other, in a tiny fraction of a second. If you look at any wheels spinning on a digital camera, it will appear distorted because the wheel will be in a different position by the time the camera sensor is recording the next set of pixels.

 

Plus, it was taken with a crappy mobile phone camera. 'Nuff said.

Yeap. The whole new wheel looks like the Concept wheel. iSpy a manumatic auto also. Wonder if that's coming to production for 2010/11?
