Since you're the one now making personal attacks and obviously do not comprehend basic logic, let me break it down for you.
He asked where he could do burnouts legally. Then there was a response by you "in your driveway ". Someone else answered, "at a business where he knows the owner". I answered that both of those could be illegal depending on where he resides. I did not single you out. Would you really want to get this man in trouble or possibly arrested by information that you gave him? You admitted that you lived in Texas and that didn't know where he is located. That had nothing to do with him and leads one to conclude that you are an attention seeker.
You definitely need to work on your own character by being able to accept constructive criticism. That's the only chip in this thread and it's laying on your shoulder. Have a good day in Texas.

there is a few warehouses that have been torn down by an airport where i work sometimes.... so it would be a big slab of concrete, it has a couple cones blocking from entering it, but doesn't say no trespassing and no chains or anything. this would not be considered a road or a parking lot, but technically inside a past warehouse ... I'm wondering if i can use that to fight the ticket.... lol

Check with your local Mustang Club and see if they offer a track day or use a track for meetings. They may already have something arranged with the track that would fit in with what you want.

I'd say anywhere where the general public has access to you can get in trouble. Even if it's private. A mall parking lot is private properly, as well as a small business. I'm sure you'd get tagged doing it in those along with looking stupid to most people. Lol.
With that said, it's a risk no matter where but anywhere off public roads where no one has access to/frequents. Like everyone else said abandoned lots etc. just check for nails and debris first. You'd have a better chance explaining an pleading that you were trying to be safe by doing it there. I know I wouldn't tag you anyway
Also even if in an empty area, remember also away from neighbors who are in a earshots distance away who may become annoyed.
