What suspension changes are on GT with Brembo and 19" rims?
Would the 19" Brembo wheels have any issues on a non Brembo GT?

No, the wheels fit fine.

To answer your topic question, the car does have different springs and dampers compared to a non-Brembo GT. This has been confirmed by engineers at Ford.
