What mod has increased your enjoyment most?

I was watching a show this evening that observed that Ford Mustang owners make more mods to their rides than pretty much any other make/model (it was made as a positive comment- noting the popularity of the car and the huge aftermarket for it)...

Got me thinking about which mod has brought the most "smiles per mile" (and its a tough question to answer, which is a good problem to have ).

I'd have to say the Boss quad exhaust eeks out the win for me. Doesn't make the car handle any better or go any faster, but it does change the entire experience (from cold start to freeway entrance to downshifting at a red light)!

So, what mod have y'all done that most increased your enjoyment of your Mustang?

Circle-D 4E 5,000 rpm stall converter. Not just awesome on the dragstrip, but makes every drive on the street that much more entertaining.

It's a tie between the Steeda tune and the Monzter tail light sequencer. I love both, and the tune certainly affects me more, but having the tail lights do the 1-2-3 sequence every time I brake or lock/unlock the doors is also super cool to me.

My Koni yellow shocks/struts! Alot more fun, not just in the turns but in general it has a much sportier feel! Gt500 axle backs are a close 2nd.

Exhaust/headers, etc.... the only thing that could be better would be a supercharger in terms of increasing enjoyment.... better sound, more power = more fun

The Boss 302 wheels are really cool on my GT 'vert, and it looks just right with a 1" lowering, but nothing beats the enjoyment of listening to it's agressive sound and the gurgling of the GT500 axlebacks as I row up and down through the gears.

It's a toss up between the Laguna Seca shocks and the GT500 quad tips.

I’ll say my Michelin A/S 3 tires. As I enjoy the comfort, grip, handling, and low noise level they provide.

I know this is a big difference in price but it's close between my VMP supercharger and my GT500 mufflers that I recently installed. I finally have the sound to back up the power lol.

It's only been a day, but the 3.73's I just had installed. They make a world of difference.

In my 2011 GT, It was a combo of the borla catbacks, the steeda CAI and the steeda tune. The catbacks combined with the CAI made an amazing sound and the tune made it fun as hell.

it's pretty simple for me…

the full ground control adjustable suspension with koni and eibach components. Completely changed the car. without even a tune, the suspension delivers the power to the ground so much nicer than before.

A close second is the gt500 exhaust.

I did most of my suspension at one time but I think the Koni sports were the biggest part of the magic. The ride was the only performance aspect I really found lacking in our cars.
