Can get a decent HU with USB ports for cheap. KS68s are a direct replacement for door speakers and sound 100x better. Can get the speakers cheap online. They also can replace the rear deck speakers.

I replaced my entire system with a little over 600$ (did all the work my self though). I now have Bluetooth and xm and all that useless crap I never use. The only thing I really use is the AUX port. I feel kind of weird talking on the phone through my car. Lol.

The good ole CD still sounds better than the new streaming crap.

It just doesn't have the clarity of a CD.

Are you making these mp3 with new quality music CDs or are they scratched?

On any given day, I'll use the good ol' AM radio for local sports talk, switch to SiriusXM for a bit, use Bluetooth audio to hear a podcast off my iPhone/stream Pandora and use the USB connection to listen off my iPod in the center console. The only thing I really don't use is the Aux port, since there's USB, and the CD player. I've used that thing once in 13 months of having the car, to listen to a book on CD on a long road trip.

Usually on weekday mornings it's the local classic rock station which runs a syndicated show. Any other time its Sirius/XM (E Street Radio, Classic Rewind or Classic Vinyl).

most days I just tune to the FM. Sometimes when I go for longer trips I plug in my ipod to my aux in jack as thats all ford thought boss owners would want......I know I know

"bosses have a radio?"....puke.

anyways I upgraded the speakers to polk audio speakers and it sounds better but still not as good as the factory shaker 500 that was in the 06GT I had.

I use the iPod in the center console. I used to use iHeartradio on my droid but now I have an iPhone and I haven't figured it out yet. FM radio most of the time unless I'm on a long trip them it's ipod playlists.
