As I was driving home from work, I was going to connect my phone via Bluetooth to play music. However, when I hit the menu button on the console(non nav,) nothing happened. Then I tried pressing the phone button, nothing happened. Last but not least was the sync voice command button on the steering wheel, again, nothing happened. It all worked fine this morning. Anyone have any advice or this happen? Thanks.

Mine does that in the garage and works when I back out. Were you outdoors when you tried it?

Decided to try a dash overlay and plasti dip the "chrome" bezel. I think I'll continue the overlay.

Thanks. I'll add a few pieces of the overlay and I'm done. I like the way it looks and it adds some protection.

Looks really nice! I like the shifter bezel. How did you do it? Did you mask it off or did you take it off.

Thanks. I popped it off and then dipped it. It pulls right up with no clips. There are four tabs that hold it so it comes off really easily. I finally bought a trim removal kit so it was very easy to pop off.

Drove south a bit and hit 135mph for about 10 minutes straight. Turned an hour drive into a 40 minute ride. LMFAO. Woohoo!!!

Put another coat of Meguiars Ultimate wax on. That stuff is fantastic...especially when it's covering properly prepped paint using Meguiars clay/Ultimate compound/Ultimate polish x2 and some more wax.

I have a black '14 GT also, and have been using Meguiars polish and wax products as well. I don't think it needs to be clayed...it's always cleaned, washed 2X a week, dusted before I take it out and kept under cover in the garage.

Recently I've seen some amazing results on other cars using Liquid Glass. This week I plan on stripping the wax layers and starting with a clean slate with the LG.

Got any pics of yours after the clean up today?

Only camera I have is on my phone....which just makes it look like any "clean" black car, really doesn't do justice.

I'd done the clay/compound/polish about 3 weeks ago so this was just a wash and a maintenance coat of wax. But **** does she look good.

I ran over an armadillo today, does that count? Waiting to get off work to see what I did to my car (of only 2 weeks...)
