Im curious, what comes with a standard GT? I was pricing a 2010 out, and Im getting the feeling it doesnt come with a radio? What are you getting with a plain GT?

Radio is most definately standard. Along with heat/AC, power windows/locks, and I can't comment past that

The deluxe GT comes with the standard radio without Sync. The premium comes standard with the Shaker 500 and Sync. The other weird thing I saw with the deluxe is that you can't really add any options at all...I think 3 options or something all together. Like you can't upgrade the radio on the deluxe to the Shaker 500.

But it does appear that you can get the Brembo Brake package with the base GT, which was not the case in 2010 with the Track Package.

If you take a look at the order guide threat started by Jeff, that document tells you everything that the base and premium models come with. And yes, there are very few options for the base models, which I do think is kind of a bummer. One of the neat things about the Camaro is that the 1SS can get a good number of options added on.

Even the lowest level Mustang has AM/FM w/single CD stereo.

Now there's an MCA version? Who knew...

I'm wondering if Ford is still going to use the old '09 steering wheel on the Deluxe cars. I always thought that looked tacky, but it does look good with the Bullitt upgrade. I'd be tempted to get a Deluxe if I can get 3.73s and the Brembo package. I really want the Glass Roof, but don't really care about Sync, as I can get high end stereo equipment thru my old job. I would miss my Saddle interior though ...

Yeah I think its totally rediculous they dont let you add anything on because its a deluxe. The only things I really want are the ambient lighting and the chrome covered pedals.

. I personally think it is Ford's way of upsellling. Advertise the "low" MSRP of the Deluxe, but make it so unattractive option-wise that most buyers (myself included) end up with the Premium. I personally didn't want Sync, but did want leather, Sirius and 19" wheels so Premium it is. I know I could have gone aftermarket on these, but I prefer warranty coverage and a stock look.

I think they offer the Deluxe with very few options to keep the cost of manufacturing down. Less variables equals the ability to forecast ahead on quantity of said options.

Even if you don't care about Sync yourself, it may help sell the car when the time comes to get a new one. Ford dealers find that Sync-equipped cars sell faster than Syncless ones. I can't wait to get Sync.
