Would 40 HP even be worth the additional weight of the 5.4? I think the next 4.6 will put out those kind of numbers. I would expect a 5.4 to be closer to 400 HP.

Either way I agree with Hollant, a 3200 lbs. 300 Hp car would be well worth the annual 5-10% price increase.

Egad! Is that what the car rises in price annually???? Naw, can't be can it? For a stripped GT, your talking 1300 to 2600 dollars every year. If so, no wonder (IIRC) the average GT buyer is in thier 40 to 50s

I think we will see the 2015 model down to the 3400 lb range, give or take 100 lbs, simply from improved manufacturing techniques, lighter materials, all coupled with a slightly smaller overall car.
