Yes, those are the standard rims for the MCA package.
I ordered 203a, reverse sensing, and the comfort package. And technically the auto trans was an option as well.
I love it dearly so far. But I just wish the exhaust was a bit louder, it's great for a V6, V8 like almost, I'd like to hear it bark and crackle better though. Also my turn signal doesn't like to turn itself off after passing lol, I look like a grandpa with my turn signal on a mile after I pass.
Everything else, fantastic.

Below are a couple photos of my wife's 2011 MCA, to which I added the pedestal spoiler, GT/CS rear valance and Magnaflow Street Series Axlebacks. As you pointed out, the stock mufflers are way too quiet. The new axlebacks give it a very deep sound, but still no drone on the highway. Plus the 4" tips fill the openings perfect.
