Water leak and engine heat getting into cabin

Hello,

I have a 2014 Mustang convertible and water is getting through the driver's side window while running it through the car wash. Is this normal?

In addition, I feel hot air coming from the engine to my legs after driving the car and the engine is hot. Normal?

I would say neither is normal.

I don't have any water leaks to my knowledge but I do get the hot air thing even after deleting my sound tube because I thought that is where it was coming from. Mine has done this since new.
