Why are some customer reps different than others when handling phone calls? One lady gladly helped me on my status, 3 weeks later some bimbo said if I don't have a vin they won't help, period. Mine hasn't been picked up by the plant yet I know it but it's a challenge every time. It's like they all handle calls differently..

Below is the latest status from my salesman regarding my new Boss. So it's now in a CSX railyard in New Boston, MI waiting to board a train to South FL, with a few stops along the way. Hopefully later today I will receive a railcar number from my salesman, so I can track it.

My car's ETA is still 12/19 (yesterday). It traveled to New Boston, MI by convoy, so it's "in transit" and making progress. However, based on the time it took my wife's Mustang to reach So. FL from the same point earlier this year, it should arrive around 12/30.

If I read the sticker right, build date is January 4.

My last update from Deysha was January 11 for my ETA, I dont think that is going to happen, hopefully the week after that though. We will see.
Hopefully yall waiting on your mustangs due here in the next week or so will get them soon, think of it as a late christmas gift, or early new years present lol.

Neat seeing all you guys still getting your new 'stangs. I remember how I felt waaay back in March when I got my '12 GT. You can still see me on the front page of this thread - I'm the only one in green.
To those of you that haven't received your cars yet... the waiting is awful, I know, but it's worth it. I've got 12,600 miles on mine now, and it's still the bee's knees.
