v6 commercial front bummper?

In this commercial it appears the front bumper is different than in other v6 models. It almost looks like a cross between the GT500 and a Roush bumper and I love it. Can someone please fill me in on what the deal is on this? I appreciate any replies

My Ford dealer is also a Roush dealer and gave me a quote of about $1300 to have it installed at time of prep. From the prices on the Roush site that would have been worth it. I just don't have the extra money right now. I need to save for snow tires before I get anything else. :-/
