Which tuner to go with?

Well I have been waiting to get a tune until I really need it.
I just got full BBK exhaust for my V6 (Lt's and X-pipe)

So who should I go with?

I'll be getting a tune from AM later this week. Free tunes for life is tough to beat. Given that I'll be upgrading in pieces and need multiple updates, that will be very handy. Although if it weren't for that, I'd probably go with Steeda. At some point, i may get a Steeda tune anyway...

If you are looking to upgrade with Steeda parts purchased directly through us then we will update the tune at no charge.

We have a tremendous track record with our tune and customers have been very happy with the results.

Let me know if I can help with anything?

Best Regards,

TJ

Steeda and AM are good values especially for a n/a car.

Now if your talking FI or TT then VMP, Shaun at AED or Jon Lund.

Just my opinion.

I went C&L Performance With Doug. I have no complaints and he does free tune revisions with the exception of forced induction. I do hear alot of good things about AM s Hybrid tune, Steeda, and VMP as well. I think any of the ones mentioned, you cant go wrong with.

Been running a Steeda tune since they first had it out for the new fiveOH.

No issues since and still running strong. Got a revised 93 tune a while back when some #8 cylinder issues popped out.

Don't know if any other revisions were released since then.

I'm with Dan.

Steeda FTW. Or the more conservative Ford Racing one

Sorry if my mind's slipping here, but I'm having a hard time thinking of what TT means in this context.

Twin turbo - actually Jon Lund is the one that tunes most turbo Shelby's.

Wouldn't twin turbo fall into the FI category?

Do the headers and x pipe on your v6 sound real loud? How about any drone sound in the cabin when cruising at a steady speed on the highway

The5,

There's a lot of great tuners out there and I'm sure we can all deliver you a great tune. However, Here's the basics on how we wright our tunes!

For every Bama Tune we ask you 19 questions about your specific Mustang, including your unique mods and style of driving. This info helps us write custom tunes from the ground-up for your Mustang's mods that will give you the most horsepower that we can safely deliver. We're also constantly developing our tunes! Between our 14 different Project Mustangs and tons of street/track and dyno testing (on our in-house Dynojet 224xLC), we're looking for any minor tweaks to be made that can benefit you guys. We're also part of Fords Technology Transfer Program & Work very closely with Ford to insure that all of our tunes are perfect!

Another great benefit to ordering with us is our Free Tunes For Life program. Any time you get a new modification or want some changes to your file, just hit up the Bama team and will get you a revised file sent out immediately!

I hope this helps make your decision easier. This is only the beginning of what we have to offer you! Our Bama Performance tuning specialists are here in the building Monday-Friday from 9AM-5:30PM EST and Saturday 9AM-5:30PM EST. You can hit them up directly at 888.226.9764 and they'll get you squared away!

-Dan

Does the "ford tune" retain the factory warranty? And if so, is it even worth it on a 13 track pack?
