He most certainly did and his customer service was also second to none as he always took the time to address my questions and concerns in both a respectful and polite manner.. His personality was indeed truly one of a kind without a doubt in which he demonstrated by putting the needs of his customers first..
Hopefully at some point in time, he'll consider opening up a new custom tuning shop down the road

Same here Jesse IIRC Doug went on to become lead calibrator for C&L performance, but from my understanding C&L has since gone out of business and was sold to American Muscle's parent company (Turn 5)
