Out with the 2014 and in with the 2015 Roush

After spending 2 years of slowly building out my special order 2014 GT for the road courses I made the mistake of test driving a 2016 GT to see if the independent rear suspension was worth the upgrade and was blown away by the difference from mine. My awesome wife told me I can't trade a GT for a GT as she did not want to go through the whole upgrade process again. After a day of haggling at the dealership on my birthday our incredible salesman/friend was able to get me into a new 2015 Roush stage 3 he just received. This is the dream car I never thought I would have and still can't believe I get to drive it every day, except for Thursdays and Fridays as my wife gets visitation rights to it on those days. But I'll get those same visitations on her GT350 we'll get her after her current lease is up. I Attached probably too many pictures but couldn't resist.

What are the HP and Torque Specs on the Roush? And most importantly... The Price?! Congrats on the new ride!

THANKS! HP 670, Torque 545 with 611 at the wheels. Roush just announced the phase 2 Hellcat killer upgrade that bumps to 727 HP and 610 in torque.

Congrats on the new ride.
......Stage 3 kit costs 22K + the cost of the car !
What kind of dyno did you put it on to get 611rwhp ?
What SAE corrections were applied.
SAE J1349 & SAE J607 are the most common.

I'm guessing it was an optimistic dealer dyno, as most manual cars with that tune on the TVS blower are yielding around 580 at the tires. I would be happy if mine was around 590 after adding 3" exhaust.

Still a fun ride though!

First off,.............BEAUTIFUL car Tom!! Very nice.
So, did you get the Trak Pak with the 3 way coil over suspension? How does the car handle the road, and the road course, if you had a chance to take it out.
Congrats! And don't worry about posting too many pics. We love cars here.

Your car is FLAWLESS!
I just saw the 2015 GT350 tonight that will go way over $100,000.
Your car is just as good if NOT better and fraction of the price!

Great car & fantastic wife...exactly what life is all about!

Thanks Stage_3, It's just the single coil over that comes with the stage 3's plus it has the ford performance pack. It handles amazing, just firm enough without compromising ride quality. Track days will start next spring, want to get more comfortable driving it and upgrade the brake lines and fluid.

I'm actually wondering how the Roush will compare to the new GT350. Certainly there will be markups but not $40K so I don't it will take $100K to buy a GT350.

How much is a Stage 3 Roush? 65-70K? Can you buy Roush's under sticker? GT350 with track pack is around $57K + 5-10K so are they about the same?

Performance wise how will they compare?

We've already seen a GT350R on here with a $50K mark up, so I wouldn't be surprised.

And anyone stupid enough to pay over sticker price is a ****ing idiot, hell if you're stupid enough to pay sticker price you're a ****ing idiot.
