Troubling News for 2011 Mustang orders
Take a look at the threads here and you'll see a variety:
oh noes my car isn't here yet!
oh noes my VIN isn't here yet!
oh noes there's a hold!
oh noes should I get a vette or a mustang, need opinions!
etc. etc. etc.
Not naming anyone individually, but most of the new guys just post without researching the topics that already exist and address their issues

Plus it takes up bandwith, which isn't free
Marty, my name is posted right there for the whole world to see. And that's because this is a community of enthusiasts. You are really making yourself sound like a 5 year old. And no I don't have to post in threads that don't pertain to/interest me, but when the forum gets cluttered up with the same garbage over and over, the rest of us who are interested in the other material suffer.
I sympathize with you guys who are waiting for your cars. I've been waiting my whole life for this car, and was THIS close to ordering before my life went to hell. If I did end up ordering and there was no info on where my car was, I'd be annoyed too. But fricken give me a break. It's only because this day and age that you have ANY info at all. I agree with the system being flawed; it's easier to track your $5 UPS package than your $30k car. However, UPS isn't perfect either and routinely foul up packages/deliveries. I'd rather not know anything and just wait for my car to get here than stress about it.
The only reason where I could see it causing a real problem is for people coming off leases or people who sold their only car in anticipation of their arrival date. Even then, I would say if that's your biggest problem in life, umm you're pretty well off IMO.

And as a far as acting like a kid you brought up acting like a tool, not me.
I just replied to it.
I say what is on my mind and if that makes you think I am acting like a kid, sorry but that is who I am and I make no apologies for that.
I am not here to start a war or **** anyone off, well maybe just a little.
I only try to post relevant things here and not repeat anyone.
As I said earlier I just find complaining about it funny.
And actually I do have a bigger problem.
Home Depot called today and said my washer and dryer that was supposed to be delivered Saturady is on back order and will be delayed a week.
I now have to get over to the LG Laundry forum and get the latest on the production delays on washers and dryers.
This is out and out acting like a tool, *** (as you say) etc. Use whatever language you want. Guaranteed if that's going to be your attitude, you won't be around here long.
Actually this fit very well with what little information I have on mine. I called Ford's Customer Line yesterday and was told it was still at the Plant awaiting shipment by rail. It was built on 4/15.
So, I sent my Sales guy an E-mail asking if he had any further info and he called me back and said that they haven't had anything updated since last week. It didn't show as having gone through Kansas City which all cars coming to Fort Worth show. So, it looks like my car hasn't shipped either.
I was planning on going on vacation a week from Friday with the new car, but it doesn't look like that's going to happen.

Really don't care what you think or say.
You obviously don't know sarcasm and have no sense of humor.
Maybe you need have a beer or go find a woman.
Whatever it takes.
I have spent enough time on this.
Feel free to rant on the rest of the night without me.

They're at Area 51.

And I thought you were 7.

I was at AAI monday and Dave Pericak (Mustang Cheif Engineer) assured me there are no holds as of now and ALL CARS ARE SHIPPING.
