Track days and exhaust sound limits

Track days and exhaust sound limits
I was wondering from those with track day experience, what are the sound limits normally for the various tracks? I was told there is a new Autocross sound limit where I normally run of 95db. They tested all the cars and mine came back at 101.7db. I was very surprised. All I have on my car are the Roush axlebacks. I am fine with the sound and love it in fact but I would like to actually race my car when I can.
Does anyone else have experience with other exhaust setups that meet the sound requirements? I figured those with v8s would have broken the limit at Autocross but apparently not.

I have the FR500S mufflers which are fairly loud at full throttle, and I've never run into a problem with the noise limits. I'm surprise that you were over the limit with the Roush mufflers.
I guess some locations are stricter than others; it probably depends on the neighbors.

They run the Autocross at a community college here, years ago they had noise sensors around the campus but from what I heard they quit doing that since noise was pretty low 100 yards away.
They will test you if you are pretty loud but I have never seen or heard of anyone have to leave for being loud.

The group I am with will make you leave if you have been told once before that your setup is too loud. I am just worried if I want to go to different events. I could see if I had straight pipes or something but an axleback by Roush shouldn't be pushing limits. I don't even have an off-road X-pipe or anything.
