OK I'm new here so be patient with me while I learn how to use the site I have a 2012 mustang gt cs auto I put hids in the headlights and fog lights about 2 mouths ago everything has been fine but on my way to work i notice that the fog lights that lights up amber on the switch wasn't on got to work to get out of the car to see if there on and there not I checked the fuse and it's good so what do I check next I don't think it would be the ballest because both sides are out can someone help plz

 

At times the auto headlights wont give enough power to fire the HIDs, did you try to turn the fogs off and back on to see if they fire. Not sure if you have a plug n play set, but on my old CS I got water into the plug which caused one side not to fire.

 

Thanks for responding I found the fuse box inside the car and the 15 amp fuse is blown put spare fuse in and blew it right away so it looks like this weekend I'll be checking the hids I normally run a relay harness to them but didn't this time so I'm probably going to order a set like I did for my headlights I used delta for the headlights but there were $200 for them with the wiring harness with I haven't had a problem with them so I'm just going to order a delta kit for the fog lights and be done with it thanks again
