What tire should fit for my new rear wheels. I'd like widest as possible and I am trying to avoid making them look like rubber bands.

285 seems to be the widest before going up into a significant price jump with 295s. Should I go for 30 or 35?

 

i have 315/35-20 (05-15 All) nittos on my rears that are 20x10.

 

i would say go for a 305 or even a 295.

the 315's that i had are a bit of a tall tire too.

It's all about the offset. You can run as wide as a 315 with the right offset.

 

I'm running a 295/35 invos. They had great traction when new but now I skate around at 45mph and less when I go WOT since I have about 50% tread left.

I find myself still spinning a lot even with 305s, unless really warm and sticky. I have to warm em up good.
