Tire/wheel choice overload!!!

I need some help deciding what to do on wheels and summer tires for my '12 GT. I found an awesome deal on the Ford Racing Laguna Seca wheels in 19x9 and 19x10 staggered setup, but after reading about 20 threads on tires and wheels I'm just getting more confused on what tire sizes will fit, whether they'll cause stabiltrac issues, etc. It looks like 285 35 R19 on back and 255 40 R19 on the front will clear but there will be a 2 MPH speedo error and the revs per mile are a little different front to back. Will that cause a stabiltrac error?

I'm also thinking of Brembo rims with 275 40 R19 all the way around. That would be almost identical revs per mile to my stock 245 45 R19 tires I'm running now. Will 275 40 R19 clear on a stock height non-Brembo GT without rubbing?

I'm just looking for more grip off the line without screwing up the car and have no clue what to do. Help!!! LOL

How about a square setup? Will 275mm wide tires fit on the front? That option is a lot cheaper so I'm leaning toward the Brembo rims with 275 40 r19 all the way around.

Yes, 275/40/19's will fit all around with the correct offset. The Roush wheels are 20x9.5" all around are used with 275/35/20's.
