For those running Lethal OR X pipe...

What axle backs are you running?

I've got the Flowmaster hushpowers, and they have a horrible drone between 1800 and 2200.

I like the sound otherwise, but I can't take the drone, so I need your help!!!

Drone really??? I have them and i haven't noticed anything at all. Maybe you are in too high of a gear for the speed you are going.

Why does everyone call the X-pipe an off-road one when you don't eliminate any cats whatsoever?

Dude, I did my homework, and crawled under the car. Didn't realize the cats could be removed without cutting the header portion of the exhaust.

The Corsa one on my car doesn't remove those, and is not an off-road. Slow your role there skippy.

If you get a cat back, it leaves the cats on. If you get an axleback, then get an offroad it eliminates the cats.

It is in any gear, between 1800 and 2200 rpm, bad enough to rattle your teeth under heavy load (like going up a hill).

Unfortunately, that is right where my motor runs at highway speeds, so it is REALLY annoying...

I have factory headers, no cats, Lethal Off Road 3" X pipe, stock midpipes and resonators, and HushPower axle-backs.

I have a convertible, I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not...

If anybody out there has a similar setup with different mufflers and does not have the drone, please let me know what you have so I can fix this problem.

Thanks for your help!!!
