Thinking of switching exhaust systems

installed the Magnaflow x-pipe that only replaces the stock h-pipe, no fitment or leak issues - it bolted right up
if you're talking about just an x-pipe it's very easy, do not need to loosen axle-backs
as for the sound, an x-pipe will blend the pulses more, reduce the cadence or knocking sound, to me it makes it sound smoother. It is very quiet at idle but sings above 3500rpm - x-pipe + hushpowers.
IMO, the previous 4.6 and 5.0 sounded better than this new one, I own(ed) both.

Overboost...
Car sounds stellar. So if I have this tale correct, you know how Borla S types with what type of X pipe?
And right now, I plan to install GT500 axlebacks, but possibly remove the resonators. Do you recommend leaving the res's and just go with x pipe? if so, what kind? I just love the tone of the GT500's, but maybe just a tad louder... if I could have it Roush loud, great... I just don't like the tone of the Roush's.
thanks.
Edit: I would like to keep my stock cats.

Great Sounding cars everyone!
I'm actually saving for the Stainless Works Cat Back and a Lethal O/R X-Pipe. Love the tone of Stainless Works and I seem to be addicted to LOUD exhaust.

Anyone has a Roush + Heartthrob H pipe? I see a few vids on YouTube but either bad quality or boring start-rev-rev-end

Borla S-Type catback is the best sounding exhaust setup imo
I just wish it was as loud (or louder) as the Roush
Also, the cost is kinda eeek
