Swapped my summer tires back on and now the tires shake when they warm up. Ugh.

They're still 255/40/19, right?

Yep, I suppose there are others out there getting the same, could've been a supply shortage or whatever for the Pirellis. Honestly not sure why they would even try to segregate the type of tires between coupe/convertible, you would think they would have two suppliers and just use what they got on whatever cars are rolling down the line.

Autos have Goodyears, manuals get Pirelli.
I think I still prefer the Pirellis to the Goodyears, though. The GYs might last longer, but the Pirellis do seem to grip well.
In either event, I'll be upgrading next year most likely.

I assumed it was Pirellis for coupes, Goodyears for convertibles.

Perhaps it has more to do with the specific packages installed on the vehicle, and then perhaps in some cases it's a manual/auto thing. From the V6/performance package cars I looked at before ordering mine, the autos had Goodyear, the manuals had Pirelli (all 2014's). I didn't really take notice of what the other Mustangs had (although many seemed to be sporting Pirellis of some sort).

No idea, but that does seem to be the trend from what I've seen.

I saw 18's with Pirellis and 19's with Goodyears. My auto 14 GT has Pirellis. They are noisy, that's for sure, but not as bad as a cheap tire. My wife had a cheap set of tires on her Mazda and I swear it sounded like the bearings were bad. I replaced them with Kuhmos and they are very quiet but just a bit spongy for a Z rated tire, at least the ones I got are.

Oh FFS. I bought a set of low mile Boss 302 wheels and tires. Never dismounted, but stored for a year. The fronts are doing the exact same thing my factory tires did. The rear 285s are dead smooth, but the fronts....grrrrr. I got the wheels and tires for a reasonable price, so that's all good and well, but I'm almost wondering if Pirelli made a bad batch of 255/40/19 P-Zeros.
Time to go out and spin the tires on the wheels again.

make sure you mark where the tires came off from so that you know to put them back in the same place when you swap your tires around. sometimes they get flat spots as well if they sit too long. Try to drive it for 10-15 minutes to give the tire a chance to work it out.
maybe its your lugnuts. Might not be installed and not centered correctly.
Those are the things I've had issues with in the past.... Goodluck!

100lbs of torque? is that the requirements? I dunno, I haven't looked it up. My Hyundai's were 85 pounds.
I know that if you over torque, you run the risk of warping your rotors - So I've been told....
