Exclamation Spare Tire Danger!

I'm one of those 'spare tire guys' who needs a spare in the trunk to feel secure when taking my 2014 GT out of town. So I got the Ford Racing version of my 19" Brembo Brake wheel, mounted the correct OEM tire, and set it in the wheel well of the GT's trunk after removing the 'mobility kit'. It's facing down so my flat-plug kit can sit inside the wheel. Skip ahead 3 months. I try to remove the spare to check the air pressure. The tire is STUCK to the painted wheel well contact surface. I mean like EPOXY stuck. No pulling, jerking, bumping or cussing could get it out. I had to spray lots of silicone spray lube all around the outside of the tire and inside of the wheel well and let it soak for 3 hours before I could get that heavy wheel/tire combo out of the trunk. DON'T make this mistake! Line the wheel well area with a towel, plastic or something before putting that sticky tire in there. Bending over that high trunk opening while yanking up on that stuck spare is a recipe for a back injury. Be warned!

How did the trunk floor fit after you put that in?
