not to burst your bubble but unless your motor is breathing greater than ambient atmospheric pressure, these cars are extremely closely matched on the street. The edge would even go to the Camaro under some select situations.

I don't prefer anything about the Camaro over the Mustang but it's a cool car in its own right and I'm glad that they're a success.

So shoot me!

These numbers are why the next-gen Mustang is going to be so drastically different, in style. I love the current gen cars, but they look a lot like '05-'09, which is a decidedly retro design, more than the Camaro for sure. I'm guessing the sales come back in the next gen, since they've already got the performance and features, just missing the masses a bit on styling I guess.

I'd like to see the numbers of each sold over the last five years. Too many pent up Camaro sales being made right now that they're finally available again.
