Has anyone had this happen to them?
2010 gt premium with factory alarm.

Last couple of days, my alarm would go off for no apparent reason. I noticed when I started the car yesterday, I now get the dash message: security system fault.

Will plan on taking it to dealer next week, but would rather diagnose and take care of this myself, especially if it's just a module I need to replace.

I happened to leave the passenger window open by accident the night it first happened. Have to think it's related.

Any thoughts?
