No response from the dealer to my email so I’m ratting them out to any and all social media. The dealer is York (Yuck) Ford in Saugus Massachusetts. Please stay away from them, they take no responsibility for the subpar work they do.

I had my recall done where I bought mine: Bonnell Ford in Winchester, MA
They didn't cause any damage that I noticed.

Sales was actually good. The salesman was a retired cop that answered my questions and avoided BS And hyperbole. I was pre-ordering a new model year so there were questions. There was a goof about wheels, but no horror story.

Service Dept has been average dealer fare. Neutral rating.

However, I haven't yet seen any Ford Dealerships give the level/quality of service that I used to get at Pontiac/Buick/GMC Dealers. There, I'd get a loaner vehicle if they had to keep my car or drove me to home/work. They'd also wash and vacuum the car. So far, no Ford dealership (I've been to some in MA & CA) would do either of those, but they'll gladly rent me a car at a discount which is still a higher cost than many rental car company.

I bought my 2014 at Bonnell. It was a pleasant experience. Steve Powers was my sales contact and a great guy. The body shop manager was a typical shop ________ I’ll let you fill in the blank. When I brought my car back for the infamous hood bubbling he said he didn’t see anything. The paint bubbles were popping on touching them. Typical. I hit York because it’s convenient. Big mistake.
