Scored a KILLER DEAL...
Heck, I don't even need them yet but I just couldn't pass them up.
Will make either great spares or great drag tire wheels or something for a 2010 or 2011 car.
Set of 4 - 18x8.5 polished 5 spoke Ford OEM wheels for only $220 shipped!
Heck, even if I just turn around and re-sell them I should be able to at least double my money.

What gets me is that they were on ebay with "Buy it now" or "Make Offer" and they immediately took my first offer so I might have bought them even cheaper if I had started lower!

Wheels came in today, all look good. The slight scuffs on them will be easily buffed out and they will look as good as new.
And, I got a free 2011 calendar full of pics of cool Ford hotrods!

Though i've never liked those type of wheels, i say you scored a vey good deal. If i had been in the market for winter wheels, i would've bought those for sure.

Well, upon closer inspection something came up that I had not thought of even though I should have known. These polished wheels are clear coated from Ford.
This means that just polishing out the blemishes is not a simple task.
I polished up the worst one of the three that had scratches and it looks pretty good and from 10 feet away you would never know they had any problem areas.
Oh well, don't even have a car to put them on yet. May still just use them for drag tires. I have even considered sending one pair off to have them narrowed 3.5 inches for front runners. Think that would be cool, a set of 18x5 for the front to use with the 18" M&H front runner radials they sell.
We'll see what happens I guess.
