Had an opportunity to play with a similarly driven S550 PP at a road course yesterday. It was a fun day. S197s are awesome, and the solid rear axle doesn't bother me one bit.




Also, this ZL1 1LE would not let me pass which was frustrating. He had me on the straights with 650hp/650tq, but I had him everywhere else. Just because they have a faster car doesn't mean they are the faster driver.

You know, I went with a group of guys from work. There were 11 of us. 2 guys had Corvettes. One was a '11 Z06 and the other one was a '17 Grand Sport. Both running faster laps then me. The Grand Sport by 3 seconds, the Z06 by 6 seconds. I took a ride with the Z06. Guys is very good and it helped me learn a thing or two. I also thought the guy makes it look easy. That and the Z06 is a frikkin beast.


Either way, I have another 1.5s or so I can squeeze out of my setup. It's a never ending driver mod
