Decided I'm gonna get the AMR's in charcoal for my car.
20x10 in the rear - LOVE that $139/piece price on them right now
19x10 in the front
305/35/20 Nitto 555R drag radials in the rear
275/40/19 Yokohama S.Drive tires in the front
Gonna be giving business to American Muscle (wheels), Discount Tire Direct (tires) and Tire Rack (TPMS sensors) .... spreading the wealth, lol
And I have the whole winter to put it all together.
Now. Any deals on T56 Magnum XL kits?

Ended up going with almost the exact package I mentioned above.
Only thing that changed was the front tires, still 275/40/19, but Hankook instead of Yokohamas.
I had about a 1/8"-1/4" of space between the strut and the wheel/tire in the front, ended up putting on some spacers I had that came with some Bogart wheels
that briefly passed through my hands, but the spacers weren't needed for the package to fit.
I just wanted the wheels a bit more outside, more flush.
Without the spacers, right after I put them on:

I also have these wheels and they're good for the price. I am glad I went with charcoal over black. They always look clean even when they aren't. I took it a step further and replaced the cheap american muscle center caps with tri bar ponies from a 2004 Mach 1. It took some delicate work with a dremel to get them to fit though.

They fit great, no issues.

Also I think you guys sold me on charcoal over gloss black. My stock California Special gloss black wheels look dirty all the time it seems.

WOW that is pretty tight, if there's any tire bulg I could see some possibility of rubbing. Are spacers safe for spirited driving? I really don't know anything about spacers.

As long as you still have plenty of bite on the studs, the lug nuts will be fine, no problems.

Just a heads up on the center cap dremel... It was difficult. The mach 1 have about 1/8" of lip that needs to be taken off the back edge in order to fit snug into the wheel. If you dremel too deep, you run the risk of shaving off the black foam backing that is the background of the center cap graphic. If you do this, you will have holes in the background that you can see through. (Can be fixed with black touched paint) The front of the center cap is clear plastic and the pony emblem is sandwiched between that clear plastic and the back. So a profile of the center cap layers would be clear plastic/pony tri bar layer/black foam backing/gray plastc. You are shaving down that gray plastic 1/8"

I watched the AMR video and they say it's available in 8.5, 9 and 10" widths but the only 9" wide AMR I can see is 18x9 under the 1999-2004.
What I'd really like is 19x9.5 square and 275/40/19 tires to maintain the stock tire diameter.
I like the RTRs but they are pricier and heavier at 28lbs. I also have seen them where they look like they stick out beyond the fender in the rear and I want them just tucked within.
TSW Nurburgring's are about the same cost as the RTRs and are MUCH lighter at 21lbs but I think they appear too flat, non concave IMO
SVE drifts are a good compromise as they come in the 9.5 width I'm looking for and are 26 lbs but I think they look too soft or rounded compared to AMR/RTR, etc. They also appear to stick out from the fender sometimes.
AMRs I think look the best or at least as good as the RTRs and are 27lbs but 8.5 is too narrow and I'm undecided if I can live with the 10" wide up front. I like a little tire bulg so 275 might be too narrow for my liking and 285 might rub up front. And then is there a 285 that's 27" tall?
There's nothing easy about this decision!!! AMR used to sell a 9.5 wide wheel, I wonder why they stopped?

I ultimately went with the TSW for weight, two-tone finish, ability to run 9.5" and 275/40-19 square, and the offset/look I desired.
I also made my own custom center caps....
I do wish they were more concave, but something had to give.

Those are factory 2005+ caps. You have to remove a very small ridge on the back with a Dremel. Then I wrapped them with a few layers of friction tape to snug them up in the holes. They have been on for well over a year and stay perfectly tight, and are still removable for balancing. They also clear the front dust caps which is an issue with the factory TSW caps.
